There are no refunds after you have purchased the services. If and when you need to cancel the customer will pay for the rest of the month, there is no prorating. For example, if you cancel on April 1st you will still be responsible for the month of April.
By signing up to use EZPaperTrail you agree that you will not use the EZPaperTrail to do anything illegal. If you do, you will be solely responsible for the consequences of your actions.
We may suspend your account at any time for abuse of the system at our discretion. You will be able to access your data on a suspended account so long as no laws will be violated by allowing that access, however access and functionality may be limited. Suspended accounts will not be charged until they are reinstated. We don't want to suspend accounts so please don't do anything illegal or wrong to force us to.
